Forged by Cerro in Weyers Cave, VA, this 80 percent lower is not CURRENTLY classified by the ATF as a firearm, which means it is processed / shipped the same as a hunk of aluminum would be. It is made from 7075 T6 heat-treated aluminum, features flared and broached magwell, and is “finished in white”, tumbled and ready to be bead blasted before your choice of finish (anodizing, cerakoting, etc.). Machining the trigger / safety well is all that’s needed to make it a fully functional, (enhanced) mil-spec lower receiver. These lowers come without any safe / fire engraving.

• Tension set screw hole (to tighten lock-up with upper) tapped with 1/4x28 threads

  • Each Lower ships with one stainless steel nylon-tip set screw (Made in the USA)

  • The set screw is an optional feature that has been present on many higher-end lower receivers for years. The lower will function perfectly fine with no set screw installed.
